Dr. Mohammed Daud Bakr, Chairman of the Board is currently the President/CEO of International Institute of Islamic Finance (IIIF) Inc. (BVI) and A manic Business Solutions Sdn. Bhd. (Kuala Lumpur). He was the Deputy Rector (Student Affairs and Development) and an Associate Professor at the International Islamic University Malaysia.

He received his first degree in Shari'ah from University of Kuwait (1988) and PhD from University of St. Andrews, United Kingdom (1993).

He has published more than 50 articles in various academic journals and presented more than 120 papers in various conferences both local and abroad. He is now a member of the Shari'ah Advisory Council at the Central Bank of Malaysia, Securities Commission of Malaysia, Accounting and Auditing Organization for Islamic Financial Institutions (AAOIFI) (Bahrain), International Islamic Financial Market (IIFM) (Bahrain), Dow Jones Islamic Market Index (New York) and in other financial institutions both local and abroad. He is a licensed Shari'ah advisor for Islamic Securities in Malaysia.

Dr. Mohammed Ameed Qattan, Member of the Board has Ph.D. in Islamic Banking from Birmingham University UK and BA in Islamic Economics from Al-Imam University in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. He is working in Islamic Business since 1995. He is a member of Sharia's Control Committee in many Islamic firms in Kuwait, UAE, USA, UK and Switzerland.

He was the founder and General Manager of United Consultants Co., a private consultations office in Kuwait. He is the Director of the Islamic Economics unit in the Centre of Excellence in Management, College of Business Administration, Kuwait University, since 2003. He is Lecturer and instructor to many colleges and universities in Kuwait and Egypt.

He has many diplomas in Islamic Banking and finance inside and outside Kuwait for Academic Consultant. He wrote and presented many articles and books on Islamic Economic, Banking and Finance. He shared and attended many nationally and internationally, conferences meetings, seminars, forum and trainings in Islamic Economics, Banking and Finance.

Sheikh Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Musleh, Member of the Board established the branch of Al-Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University in Abha and was its rector from the year 1936 H., until 1415H. At present, he is the Dean of the Faculty of Shari'ah and Principles of Religion at the Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University in addition to his work as rector of the University's branch in Abha. With his vast knowledge on the subject, he established the Islamic Economics Division at the Faculty. He is also the Director General of the Panel of Scientific Miracles in the Quran and Sunnah.

Sheikh Dr. Abdullah has published several researches and books including Murabaha from Fiqh (Jurisprudence) Heritage to Contemporary Applications in Islamic Banks and a Compendium of provisions of leasing and sharikah provisions. He has represented Saudi Arabia at many international Islamic conferences and is on the advisory board to many financial institutions, including Al Ahli Commercial Bank in Saudi Arabia.
