Al Sheikh Muhammad Mukhtar Al Salami has a Bachelors Degree in education and holds the degree of "Almiyyah". He is a renowned Islamic scholar and teacher of Fiqh and other Shari'ah related topics. He is the inspector of secondary education in Tunisia and the former Grand Mufti of Tunisia. He is a reputed jurist with strong credentials in Islamic Law and jurisprudence.

Sheikh Muhammad has authored many books and published research papers on Shari'ah related topics. He is a Shari'ah advisor to several Islamic financial , banking and governmental institutions. He has given lectures worldwide on various subjects relating to Islamic finance. He has been a member of the Fiqh Academy, Jeddah for 8 years.

Dr. Muhammad Daud Bakr is currently the President/CEO of International Institute of Islamic Finance (IIIF) Inc. (BVI) and Amanic Business Solutions Sdn. Bhd. (Kuala Lumpur). He was the Deputy Rector (Student Affairs and Development) and an Associate Professor at the International Islamic University Malayasia.

He received his first degree in Shari'ah from University of Kuwait (1988) and PhD from University of St. Andrews, United Kingdom (1993).

He has published more than 50 articles in various academic journals and presented more than 120 papers in various conferences both local and abroad. He is now a member of the Shari'ah Advisory Council at the Central Bank of Malaysia, Securities Commission of Malaysia, Accounting and Auditing Organization for Islamic Financial Institutions (AAOIFI) (Bahrain), International Islamic Financial Market (IIFM) (Bahrain), Dow Jones Islamic Market Index (New York) and in other financial iinstitutions both local and abroad. He is a licensed Shari'ah advisor for Islamic Securities in Malaysia.

Sheikh Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Musleh established the branch of Al-Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University in Abha and was its rector from the year 1936 H., until 1415H. At present, he is the Dean of the Faculty of Shari'ah and Principles of Religion at the Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University in addition to his work as rector of the University's branch in Abha. With his vast knowledge on the subject, he established the Islamic Economics Division at the Faculty. He is also the Director General of the Panel of Scientific Miracles in the Quran and Sunnah.

Sheikh Dr. Abdullah has published several researches and books including Murabaha from Fiqh (Jurisprudence) Heritage to Contemporary Applications in Islamic Banks and a Compendium of provisions of leasing and sharikah privisions. He has represented Saudi Arabia at many international Islamic conferences and is on the advisory board to many financial institutions, including Al Ahli Commercial Bank in Saudi Arabia.
